Is your company insured?
We are. We carry both Public and Employers Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone inquiry, general information about the job will be gathered and an appointment will be set for a consultation and advisory meeting. During this meeting, a full consultation and analysis of the site based on the clients stated needs will be undertaken. Recommendations and options will be further discussed. Off site, a security plan best matching a clients needs and requirements will be put together and presented to the client along with a full quote for the project.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during the daytime or evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
We do. At King Security Services our after sales are as important as our pre-sales. That is why all security work comes with a full 1 year guarantee on all parts and service.
