When was the work done?
Andrew is working for us on an ongoing basis. He handles the security arrangements for a number of shops belonging to my partner as well as for our personal property as well.

What was involved?
As far as the personal residence goes, Andrew took over after our previous security company went out of business. He re-wired the alarms and totally re-wired and reset all necessary boxes in the halls, landings and stairs. Andrew also installed a remote alarm system for a structure I have at the back of my property. In addition, Andrew takes care of the security arrangements for my partner's business premises.

How did you choose King Security Services?
When our previous security company went out of business, Andrew met with my partner, made a very good impression and took over the contract. He obviously knew what he was talking about while at the same time being very open and down to earth. My partner was impressed.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Andrew King?
I knew exactly what I wanted for the house but for the structure at the back of the garden, I had no clue. That's where I needed guidance. I had horrible pictures in my head of the garden completely dug up or overhead wires everywhere.

Did Andrew introduce new ideas?
He did. Andrew assured me that digging up the garden or messy wires wouldn't be necessary. He was able to install a wireless, remote system that works grand. I was very impressed with his solution and his "can do" attitude. He really knows what is available on the security market.

How did the project run?
I have to say that Andrew is extremely tidy, always cleans up after himself and leaves no damage when burying or imbedding wires. That's very important to me because with the redecorating I've had done to the house, I can't say that for a lot of the other contractors.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using King Security Services?
Andrew's availability and his reliability. I can always contact him when I need to. I also like his manner. He is very easy to talk to, isn't threatening or intimidating in any way and doesn't talk down to me. He finds out exactly what I want and need and explains it in easy-to-understand language. He'll even draw a picture if he has too!

Would you recommend King Security Services to others?
I would, absolutely.
