What was involved?
Andrew installed and currently maintains the security system at Autoplatz, a dealership selling high end used cars. Andrew replaced the existing alarm system as well as installing new security cameras and CCTV around the showroom and building.

How did you choose King Security Services?
We were in the process of having our business location refurbished and Andrew was recommended to us by contractors working on our site. One of the main reasons we felt comfortable going with Andrew was that not only would he be installing the equipment, he would be the one maintaining and looking after it. Although Andrew's price was competitive, this wasn't just about price. We had 3 other quotes for the job. This was about having trust and confidence with the person doing the job - trust that what was being promised was going to be delivered.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Andrew King?
We had a general idea as to what we needed, yes.

Did Andrew introduce new ideas?
He did. Andrew listened to what we felt was needed and was able to highlight areas of concern we hadn't anticipated and helped us to fill in the gaps.

How did the project run?
Outstanding, not only when the work was being done but also Andrew's after care service. The work was done quickly and we can count on Andrews reliability

What was the biggest benefit to you of using King Security Services?
Andrews expertise and the fact that he's hands on. It's nice to be able to rely on one person like Andrew instead of dealing with a large organization where you feel like a number. I can call on Andrew and he'll be around in a flash. Once we needed to pull up CCTV images for the guards after an incident and he responded right away. We didn't have to stand around all day waiting for somebody. What we needed at Autoplatz was someone who can solve security issues quickly. Andrew does. I really feel like we got value for money.

Would you recommend King Security Services to others?
we already have. I feel comfortable doing so because Andrew has worked very hard to make sure we got what we wanted. I feel like he is part of our business.
