When was the work done?
Thomas has done work for me on several occasions but the boiler work was carried out in November, 2009.
What was involved?
I had the boiler replaced and the radiators in my house flushed.

I did, yes. I knew what I wanted done.
Did Thomas introduce new ideas?
In my case it wasn't necessary. I knew what I wanted done and Thomas did it.
How did the project run?
Brilliant, no problems whatsoever. I had a plumbing problem once, rang Thomas at the last minute and he was here the following morning. I'm sure that if I have any other problems in the future, Thomas would be here within a day or two at the most. He's very reliable.
