When was the work done?
Paul has done quite a bit of work for me but the large sunroom job was done in 2009. He's done work for me since then and I'm bringing him back again soon. It's nice when you find someone you can trust.

What was involved?
The big job like I said was a sunroom built from scratch and Paul did all of it. Paul also did some roofing repairs for us. We had an extension added on to the house a few years back and the contractor who did it messed up the roof and we'd had problems with it ever since. Paul came in, repaired the roof and there has been no further problems..

How did you choose Construction Solutions?
Word of mouth. Paul built a sunroom for a friend of mine and she recommended Paul to me. We had spoken to another builder but Paul's quote was good and we trusted the recommendation.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Paul Black?
Nothing definite but we did have an idea. We were open to suggestions from Paul.

Did Paul introduce new ideas?
Paul did come up with some recommendations that we hadn't considered such as the number of skylights in the ceiling. Other suggestions were practical in nature such as the location for the door and where best to place the radiator.

How do the projects normally run?
Excellent, I can't fault any of it. No matter how well a project goes, you always want to know when it will be completed. Paul is very good about giving you a realistic timeframe and then following through with it.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Construction Solutions?
I know I can trust him to do good work. The reason why I keep calling Paul back is because I'm very happy with the work he's done for me.

What's your favourite part now?
The sunroom is my favourite part, we're very happy with it. It's well insulated, very comfortable and looks great.

Would you recommend Construction Solutions to others?
I certainly would, in fact I already have recommended Paul to a number of friends.
