Yes, we have both Public and Employers liability.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial inquiry, general information about the project will be gathered and a meeting is scheduled for a free consultation. At this meeting, more detail about what the customer is looking for is gathered and the site and project will be assessed. Our recommendations and options will also be discussed. Based on the plans and materials required, we can then provide a written quotation, typically within 1-2 weeks.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
As per agreement with the customer.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, if it is directly related to the project.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. In relation to work carried out by FJB Construction, we provide a 6 month warranty for minor defects, an 18 month warranty for major defects and a 6 year warranty for structural defects.
