When was the work done?
Fintan has been working continually for us for I'd say about three years now.

What was involved?
We're building contractors and Fintan is responsible for the carpentry work on two residential schemes for us. The first scheme was for fifty four units, and the scheme he is currently working on involves ninety nine houses. He does all the carpentry work - roofs, floors, windows, doors, everything.

How did you choose FJB Construction Ltd?
He called into the site and asked if he could give us a price for the carpentry work. He was competitively priced and once we had checked his references we were happy to go.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Fintan Brady?
Fintan would be doing the work to drawings and a specification.

Did Fintan introduce new ideas?
He would, but generally the specification would be generally well adhered to. He is doing something on my own house at the moment and he is very good at coming up with new ideas or ideas of doing things in a better way.

How did the project run?
First class.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using FJB Construction Ltd?
He finishes the work, he doesn't leave anything undone: Meticulous, I suppose is the word to use.

Would you recommend FJB Construction Ltd to others?
I would yes definitely.
