Is your company insured?
We are. We carry both Public and Employers Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
At the time of the initial phone query, general information about the project will be gathered and an appointment made for a free consultation. During the consultation, the site will be assessed, measured and surveyed and a further more detailed discussion of the job will take place. Options and recommendations will be provided as needed. Once the consultation is concluded, we will source the materials and present a formal quote for the project. If approved, a scheduled start date will be agreed upon.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
In order to better survey the proposed site, daytime hours are preferable for the initial consultation but evening hours are available if needed.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
We do. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, we offer a full guarantee on all work carried out.
