The project brief was the extension had two important elements. The first requirement was functional - a utility room, downstairs bathroom and more space. The second requirement was to introduce more light into a north facing kitchen, which always had the light on. The outcome exceeded our client's expectations " We really wanted light, a utility room and a downstairs bathroom. We got that and we've got back so much more than what we paid for.".
