Knocking Load Bearing Wall
To create one large open plan space, the client wanted to knock the load bearing wall between their living and dining room Kevin Stanley's team first installed a RSJ (reinforced steel joist) to support the first floor joists. Once the new opening was complete, they installed a new timber floor throughout. Hint! Click on any thumbnail to see a bigger picture. |
