When was the work done?
The project started in mid July and finished in September, 2007.
What was involved?
Kevin was hired to renovate my house. It was a big project
involving new flooring, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, as well as plumbing and electrics.
How did you choose KS Construction?
I found out about Kevin online. I met up with him, we discussed the job, Kevin gave me a quote for the work I was comfortable with and he was fully insured. I felt he could get the job done to my satisfaction.

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to achieve, yes.
Did Kevin introduce new ideas?
Yes. Kevin was good about pointing out practical matters as well as other options that were available to me.
How did the project run?
Excellent with regards to workmanship and reliability. The work took a little longer than expected but the important thing as far as I was concerned was, the job was done right.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using KS Construction?
Kevin gave excellent value for money.
