When was the work done?
The work was done during the summer and autumn of 2008.
What was involved?
KS Construction converted the attic was converted. They also took out the old kitchen and put in a new one.
How did you choose KS Construction?
I found Kevin online. I considered two or three other builders but went with Kevin because of price and because he gave me several references to visit that we got good feedback from.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Kevin Stanley?
We had some ideas, yes but what we wanted done was pretty straightforward.
Did Kevin introduce new ideas?
After discussing the project with Kevin, he had some ideas that turned out to be useful. For instance, the windows in the room were done in a way that made more sense and where Kevin placed the electrical outlets was more practical.
How did the project run?
The workmanship was very good and Kevin was quick to react to changes we wanted made. It was a good experience.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using KS Construction?
The biggest benefit was Kevin's responsiveness and that he was able to complete the project within the time frame he quoted.
What's your favourite part now?
The attic looks great and I'm very happy with it.

Yes I would.
