What was involved?
I wanted to have my attic converted into a bedroom for my eldest child.

How did you choose Kieron O Connell Building Services Ltd?
Kieron was recommended to me by friends of mine he had converted an attic and built an extension for. I saw and liked the work he carried out for them and gave him a call. I had gotten 4 quotes but the reason I chose Kieron was because he listened to what I wanted and took an active interest right from the start. He wanted the job.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Kieron O'Connell?
I did have a fair idea of how I wanted the room done and finished, yes.

Did Kieron introduce new ideas?
He did with regards to the stairs that had to be changed slightly and the shape of the room itself. Practical things.

How did the project run?
I couldn't fault it. The team that Kieron had were here at 9:00 every morning and were gone by 5:00 in the evening with everything tidy. They worked very hard and were able to complete the job in less than the quoted 10 working days.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Kieron O Connell Building Services Ltd?
The keen and active interest Kieron took in doing the job right.

What's your favourite part now?
-I like it all!

I would definitely recommend Kieron to be used by somebody else.

Any tips for other people?
I think it's a good idea to see previous work carried out before getting someone to do a job for you. Once you find someone and work begins, keep talking to them about the project. Communication is very important. Also understand and keep in mind that it is a work site and that will be some intrusion, noise and dust but that's to be expected.
