Yes, we carry full Public and Employers Liability Insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
At the time of the initial phone query, general information about the work required will be gathered and an appointment made for a consultation. At the consultation, the site will be assessed and a more detailed discussion of the project will take place. Options and recommendations will be provided as needed in relation to working with the clients wants and needs. We can work from existing designs or recommend an architect to handle design or planning matters if needed. A written quote for the project will be presented to the client once costings have been determined. If approved, a contract will be drawn up and a date for the project will be scheduled.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet homeowners during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to work carried out will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Any problems directly related to work carried out will be corrected to the clients satisfaction.
