Timberline's project brief was to totally refurbish and modernise this luxury home set on private grounds in the Strawberry Beds in Dublin 15 using high end materials and creative design to create a home that is stylish, modern, functional and homely. The completed hallway included pre-finished solid walnut flooring with reinforced glazed floor lighting feature to centre finishing flush with floor. Also, note the dressed walnut opening surrounds to wall on right and back wall opening dressed with walnut trellis. | |

The mezzanine floor is located above the hallway, creating a fantastic feature as the house is entered. | |

Living Room | |
Timberline removed a block wall that completed separate the original living room and TV room. They then split levelled the floors and formed the steps. The remainder of the opening was then partially glazed. | |
