Modern Extension Build Diary

The project brief was to create a modern and stylish open plan light filled extension to the rear of the house, removing the existing conservatory and back wall of house so as to open the space up whilst at the same time, tying in the new roof to the old seamlessly.

The end result was a fabulous light filled space incorporating the kitchen and living area. Dave the client took a very hands on approach during the project helping to create the overall look by choosing all the finishings from the feature fireplace to the motorised velux windows, walnut kitchen, granite counter tops, walnut doors and skirting boards, tiling and painting.
