What was involved?
I had a 22 by 12 foot extension put on the back of my house.

How did you choose Timberline Building Contractors Ltd?
A friend of mine recommended Derek to me. He had seen some of the work Derek had done and gave me photographs of some of the extensions. I was happy to have the photos and recommendation because living in Dublin you have to be careful about who you get.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Derek Moore?
We just wanted a big room to put our kitchen into. One that gave us lots of light and was shaped in such a way that we could see the full garden.

Did Derek introduce new ideas?
He did. Originally, I wanted just two Velux windows, but Derek recommended that we put in a third one, which would bring more light and look better as well. I'm delighted with it.

How did the project run?
Very well. Derek was here on time every day and he was able to complete the job within the 8 weeks he quoted me.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Timberline Building Contractors Ltd?
Just knowing that Derek was going to turn up and be reliable. There was never the headache of having to chase him down. When Derek said that he would get something done, he always delivered. The extension was done almost two years ago. A few months back we had a small leak, nothing major. Derek came straight out and got it fixed.

Would you recommend Timberline Building Contractors Ltd to others?
Oh I would, definitely yes. Derek is very good and very professional.
