What is the project process?
For most domestic cleaning work, we can quote a price over the phone and arrange a suitable appointment time.
For larger jobs, we will visit the site and provide a free quotatation.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
We can arrange appointments between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Not applicable.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Not applicable.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, we can arrange a yearly maintenance contract. This is generally requested by commercial as opposed to domestic customers.
