When did you use Chem-Dry� Express?
Chem-Dry have worked with me for a number of years.

What was involved?
I'm in the property business. When tenants leave a house, Chem-Dry come in and do the carpets for me before new tenants move in. It's mainly carpets, but Chem-Dry have done upholstery and rugs for me too.

How did you choose Chem-Dry Express?
They were recommended to me by another property company. My criteria for taking them on was that they would do a wonderful job, that the price would be good and that they are on time. And that's the way we found them to to be. They are very good at what they do - and they're well priced.

How does the project run?
They're efficient. When you need the job done, it's done straight away and done very well.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Chem-Dry Express?
Their efficiency and that they are keen in price.

Would you recommend Chem-Dry Express to others?
Yes, I would. The people I've dealt with are very friendly. It's just a very nice company. They are efficient, friendly, on time, good service - everything is good.

Any tips for other people?
We had used other companies previously. I thought I would put Chem-Dry on trial and it worked very well. Word of mouth is always the best.
