When did you use Chem-Dry� express?
Most recently around the middle of May. I've used Chem-Dry several times at different properties.

What was involved?
Carpet and upholstery cleaning.

How did you choose Chem-Dry Express?
Word of mouth. I asked around and they were recommended by others who had used them.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Philip Scallan?
Only that I wanted the carpets cleaned and the stains removed.

How did the project run?
Absolutely great! They were able to get the job completed on time and I was happy with the work that was done. They're very reliable.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Chem-Dry Express?
Not only are they reliable, but I can trust them in the house even when I'm not there to keep working and get the job done. They follow up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory, and call every few months to see if I need anything done. When busy times, like Christmas approach, they call and ask me if I would like to make an appointment before they are booked out. It's a nice service...and rare.

What's your favourite part now?
They leave the place immaculate and gave me advice on how to deal with other household stains. I was even given a bottle of stain remover to use in case of accidents. They're just great!

Would you recommend Chem-Dry Express to others?
Definitely.
