When did you use Chem-Dry� express?
April 2006.

What was involved?
Carpet cleaning.

How did you choose Chem-Dry Express?
I know the Chem-Dry brand and my friend told me they were good.

How did the project run?
I found Chem-Dry to be extremely reliable. They came when they said they would. They did the job that I asked them to do, and finished on time. It was better than I thought it would be. I find when people quote a price it's usually the base price, but Chem-Dry quoted me what they charged, which I was pleased about.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Chem-Dry Express?
Their professionalism. You spend a lot of money on carpets, and I�m not trusting them to anyone who just pulls up with water and chemicals, if they do a bad job you are stuck with a bad job. I know that Chem-Dry use some sort of a carbonated system so the carpets are not soaking wet, which is important because I've three small children and I wouldn't be able to keep them out of the house while the carpets dried, so it had to be a process that dried quickly.

I feel Chem-Dry went the extra mile because I showed them a couple of coloured marker stains which I didn't think they would get out. Philip gave advice as to what to do in the future with marker stains so that when they arrive it would be easier to remove the stain.

Would you recommend Chem-Dry Express to others?
I would highly recommend them.

Any tips for other people?
Book well in advance, because Chem-Dry are very busy and if you want a day and time that suits you make sure you get in early. And the other thing I'd say is get Chem-Dry's advice, because Philip is very good at giving advice, he's very knowledgeable.
