Yes, we carry full Public and Employers Liability Insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial telephone query, general information with regards to the service required will be gathered and an appointment will be made to meet for a project consultation. The site will be assessed and recommendations will be provided to the client of options most suitable for their situation. A report of detailed works to be carried out and the cost of the project will be presented to the client for their consideration. Payment is not made until after the project has been completed.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
We do, yes. At the conclusion of every project, a certificate is presented to the client which guarantees all work carried out for 25 years.
