When was the work done?
Ty did two jobs for me in November 2008

What was involved?
I'm in the property management business and I was overseeing two old houses that had been left untouched for 40 years. Ty got rid of the damp problem and sprayed both for woodworm and other infestation problems.

How did you choose AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
It was a cold call really. Ty came in off the street to see me and explain what he could do. I had a few people in that I had considered giving the work to but chose Ty because he seemed more interested in getting things sorted.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ty Fleming?
Not really, no. I just wanted any damp and infestation problems fixed.

Did Ty introduce new ideas?
He did. Ty came in and assessed the situation in both houses and advised me on what needed to be done.

How did the project run?
Ty was fast and efficient. He came in when he said he would and completed the work on time. He was spot on.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
To be honest, the biggest benefit was Ty's personal touch and the confidence that I had that he knew what he was doing. That really clinched the job for him. When you spend hundreds of thousands of euros on properties, you don't want it all wasted because of something like damp. There are lots of companies out there doing this type of work. You just want to make sure you get the right person, not Joe Soap.

Would you recommend AAA Advanced Damp Proofing to others?
I would yes, definitely

Any tips for other people?
Realise that even if something looks dramatically bad, most things can be sorted out. The problem may not even be as bad as you think but you should get it checked so that things don't escalate. Get proper advice from someone in the business if you have any concerns.
