When was the work done?
Ty has done a couple of jobs for me, the first being in early 2008 and the most recent was May, 2009.

What was involved?
Ty injected damp proofing materials and treated timbers on a house I was working on.

How did you choose AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
I've known Ty for over 15 years, not personally but through business. I chose him for the project because he's very professional in his work and manner and he gave a good account of where his experience came from.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ty Fleming?
No, it was up to Ty really. He's the professional and that's what you rely on. As a builder overseeing the whole job, I've got my own situation to manage.

Did Ty introduce new ideas?
He did, yes but I mainly left the damp proofing decisions to Ty. I trusted that the job would be done right. That's the kind of confidence you get when you bring someone like Ty in.

How did the project run?
With Ty it's 100% reliability. Let me put it this way, when Ty says he's going to be here, he's here. One time he was stuck in traffic and running a little late but he called ahead to let me know. That's all I ask for. Once I'm informed and know that someone is going to turn up, I can plan my day. I don't want to be waiting around not knowing if someone is going to show.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
Knowing that I could leave the damp proofing work to Ty and that it would be done right.

Would you recommend AAA Advanced Damp Proofing to others?
I would of course.
