Customer reference for damp proofing services as told to pickapro by David O'Neill from Drumlargan Construction on 15-Jun-2009
When was the work done?
The work was done in February, 2009.
What was involved?
I was in the process of renovating an old house that was built in the 1920's. The house itself appeared dry but we weren't sure. We had a fear that there might be a problem with rising damp so we decided to play it safe and have the house damp proofed. Better safe than sorry. Ty siliconed the pumping system and supplied the mixture for the plaster work. The house is currently being lived in and there doesn't seem to be any
problems.
How did you choose AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
I got Ty's number off of someone he had done work for previously.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ty Fleming?
We had a meeting on site, myself, the architect and Ty and agreed on what was to be done.
Did Ty introduce new ideas?
Ty did have some ideas of his own. While assessing the site, Ty noticed that there might be a termite problem and sprayed the house.
How did the project run?
No problems at all.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using AAA Advanced Damp Proofing?
The fact that I could rely on Ty. Ty's the kind of guy that you can trust to do what needs to be done. Ty has a good manner about him and he was always here when he said he would be. He's very reliable.
Would you recommend AAA Advanced Damp Proofing to others?
Yes I would.
