Yes, we carry both Public and Employers Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone query, general information will be gathered and depending upon what is required, a service meeting will be arranged or for a more substantial job, an appointment will be set for a free consultation. We will find out exactly what the customer wants, assess the site and make recommendations and suggestions if necessary. For standard electrical work an estimated quote can be provided at the time. For more extensive work, a firm quote will be provided when project materials have been sourced. Once the customer is ready to go ahead the job will be scheduled and will begin promptly.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet customers during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Any problems arising as a direct result of work carried out will be corrected to the clients satisfaction. Maintenance contracts are available for those needing regular service.
