Is your company insured?
Yes, we carry full Public and Employers Liability Insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone inquiry, a brief description of the job will be determined and an appointment will be set for a project consultation. During the consultation, a more detailed description of the job will be covered and an assessment made of the proposed site. A quote for most standard jobs can be delivered at this time however, materials for more complicated projects may need to be sourced prior to a quote being provided. The job will then be scheduled and a general start date given.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to clients during daytime and evening hours. Weekend appointments are available upon request.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Any problems directly related to work carried out will be corrected to the customers satisfaction.
