General maintenance, repair and electrical works.

How did you choose Agar Electrical?
Barry was recommended to me by an uncle of mine who worked in the industry for 30 years. He had spent a lot of time dealing with both good and bad tradesmen. He recommended Barry to me 7 months ago and I haven't looked back since.

Have you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Barry Agar?
I usually have a pretty good idea because I deal with quite a lot of properties and my clients let me know what the problem or situation is. There have been times where it might be an intercom problem but we didn't know where the problem was. Barry had to look into it, trace everything back and find the solution.

How would you say the projects run?
I absolutely have not had a single issue with Barry. To give you an example of what he's like, I manage a property on Dominic street and we were having a problem with the intercom. It was a Thursday evening around 7 o'clock and on short notice, Barry was flexible enough to call out that evening and take a look at it. That was nice because a lot of my clients would be away at work in the daytime. Barry traced the problem and was back on Saturday morning. He went through every apartment and got it sorted. I was told that the previous property management group had not been able to fix the problem so I was delighted with Barry. Everyone else there was also singing his praises as well.

What is the biggest benefit to you of using Agar Electrical?
Barry is reliable, efficient and professional. I can't always go to the site of the problem so Barry comes to me, gets the keys and goes to the site. I'm very comfortable with Barry dealing with my clients which is important because he is a reflection on my company.

Would you recommend Agar Electrical to others?
Absolutely, I would recommend Barry to anybody. My main worry now is that by recommending Barry, someone will steal him away from me. I've been through quite a few electricians who were either too expensive, not very good or reliable. In my business time is of the upmost importance. If there's a problem it needs to be addressed asap. That's another reason I can recommend Barry. He gets you the first available appointment and solves the problem.

Any tips for other people?
Don't necessarily go with the first person you find. Every electrical problem would have its own solution. Some are more straightforward but others are more difficult and need to be investigated. You want to make sure, as I do that you have a guy that has all around expertise. Any problems that I've come up against, Barry has been the man for the job.
