Is your company insured?
Yes, we carry both Public and employers Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
At the time of the initial phone inquiry, general information as to the work required will be gathered and an appointment made to meet for an on-site consultation. During the consultation the site will be assessed and a more detailed discussion of the project as well as options will take place. A detailed quote for the work will be presented once full costings have been determined.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during daytime or evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, we provide a 7 days a week/24 hour emergency call out service if needed. Maintenance contracts can be arranged for both commercial and industrial clients.
