Roof and Gutter Repair

When was the work done?
The work was done in August, 2011.

What was involved?
Barry did some repair and maintenance work on the slates and gutters on my roof. It wasn't due to any storm damage, it was just years of wear and tear that needed to be fixed.

How did you choose Clarke and Son?
I found Barry on the Pickapro website. I liked the comments I read about him, his previous jobs and the fact that he was in Tallaght. I live in Templeogue so that made him handy. I used to have another guy who who did a bit of work for me but he was too unreliable and the work was spotty. I took a chance on Barry but I'm glad I did. I found Barry to be reasonably priced and if I need anything else done around the house, I'll call him again.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Barry Clarke?
Not really no, I just knew that repairs had to be made.

Did Barry introduce new ideas?
Barry looked at what needed to be done, consulted with me and I gave him the go ahead.

How did the project run?
Barry came early in the day, didn't go off on breaks and stayed until he finished what he was working on. He's a very kindly guy, easy to talk to and nice to have around.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Clarke and Son?
I now feel that I have someone reliable to call if I need anything done around the house.

What's your favourite part now?
My favourite part is that I have one less job to do now.

Would you recommend Clarke and Son to others?
I would, yes.
