What is the project process?
After the initial client contact, we arrange a one to one consultation. We always ask clients to to read through some interior design magazines before this meeting so that we can immediately learn about their likes and more importantly, their dislikes.
An important aspect of this initial meeting is to find out how the client would like the project to progress. Many clients wish to take a more active role, including joining us on scheduled "shopping days" for example. Alternatively, clients may wish to leave the details to us.
We tailor each proposal to suit the individual client.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
We arrange a time to correspond to a clients suitabilty.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
We do. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed. We will also typically use contract cleaners after all work has been completed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, 100% . Any problems with our work will be fixed. Client satisfaction is the key to our business.
