When was the work done?
October of 2006.

What was involved?
I hired Form Concepts to re-fit my kitchen, master and spare bedrooms. I also had my kitchen floor and walls re-tiled.

How did you choose Form Concepts?
Word of mouth recommendation.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Yvonne Mulligan?
Kind of, but not really. I just wanted clean lines and a neutral finish.

Did Yvonne introduce new ideas?
She did, Yvonne came up with almost all the ideas and explained how best to work with our budget while not compromising on style.

How did the project run?
I was surprised it went as smoothly as it did. It wasn't an easy job as I already had tiles in my kitchen and getting them up was going to be a bit of a nightmare. That's to be expected. The building work was fantastic and they were also very clean. I was very, very happy with how it all came out.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Form Concepts?
I felt very secure that the builders were trustworthy and I had no trouble in going to work and leaving them in my home. The work that was carried out was also of high quality.

Would you recommend Form Concepts to others?
I already have. I recommended Yvonne and Form Concepts to a neighbour of mine. She hired Form Concepts to convert her attic, and I know she was very happy with it also.
