What was involved?
It was a complete interior fitout for a new apartment.
How did you choose Form Concepts?
I went on the internet and found Yvonne on the Pickapro website.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Yvonne?
I didn't, no.
Did introduce new ideas?
Yvonne came up with all the ideas and did everything herself.
How did the project run?
Very well because Yvonne took the keys, would come and go and did all the work.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using Form Concepts?
The biggest benefit was the fact of having one person being able to do everything.
What's your favourite part now?
The whole thing. There isn't any one particular part I like best because I'm delighted with all of it.
Would you recommend Form Concepts to others?
Yes I would.
Any tips for other people?
Unless you really have the experience, don't take a project like this on yourself.
There's a lot more to it than you realise.
