No, it is not applicable for our service.
Project Process
What is the project process?
We first speak to potential clients over the phone to establish their general requirements. Next, we visit the client at their home with an initial selection of samples. We also bring our van which is stocked with thousands of samples of fabrics, wallpapers, paints and floor coverings.
From that point on, it's an ongoing process where we source and price furniture or fittings. When the customer is happy with their final selection, we measure up and then return around three weeks later to install their new interior.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
9am - 9pm
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, as per agreement.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes. It can be included in the quotation.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes.
