We would like you to know how much we appreciate the work of Taylored Interiors in preparing our house for the property market. As you will remember, we had a tight deadline to meet to have our house ready for sale.

Now, as the deadline for the completion of the sale approaches, we have many good memories: one of the important aspects of your business for us, was your ability to bring immediately to the task a variety of capable people, each skilled in his (they were all men!) trade, who completed the work much more speedily than is normally the case Whether it was the decorator, the plumber, carpenter, electrician or window cleaner when needed, you provided.

We also appreciate your willingness to be always available both in person and at the other end of the phone line, whether that was in or out of business hours,

More than anything we have very good memories of the working relationship you established and your warm and unflappable good humour, which makes such a difference during what has the potential to be a stressful time as a house is turned upside down, de-cluttered and prepared for sale. Especially when everything is to a very tight deadline, as was the case.

In that regard, we also appreciate the very good teamwork of yourself and your colleague, Mary Maxwell of Project Expeditors. Each of you brought your own skills to our project and complemented each other and your joint positive approach was much appreciated.

Thank you for the time and effort you expended to get the colour scheme appropriate for the house - it was quite clear that there was no "anything will do" attitude. The finished result had to reach the standard you set and yet you were determined at all times to keep in touch and ensure that we, the client, were consulted each step of the way. We appreciated the service you provided of sourcing new items, such as bed linen etc. for the showing of the house. At a time that we were very busy that was a real bonus. And, because of your attention to detail and listening to our preferences, all of your choices are things we actually like and will enjoy in our new home.

We believe the work completed by you and your team allowed us to achieve a selling price within our target range. We valued the provision of a service enabling us to choose an estate agent on a formal comparative basis as opposed to random choice.

Looking back, your setting forth at the beginning a project outline detailing all the various works to be done and the costings for each including dressing of the house for sale, renovation where needed and garden landscaping was most valuable- We appreciated that this formed the basis for our ongoing discussions and meetings with you and Mary and the fact that you updated the project plan as a result of those meetings. We also appreciate that the final figure came within our budget range.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone seeking a similar service.
