Yes, we carry full Public Liability Insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone inquiry, I'll gather general information about the work required and schedule a free consultation meeting. During the consultation, the site will be assessed and I'll gather more detailed information about the project. Recommendations and suggestions will be provided as needed. A general estimate will be provided during the consultation while a formal quote will be presented to the client once full costings have been determined.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
We do. Any problems directly related to work carried out will ce corrected to the clients satisfaction. In addition, we offer our clients a free service call after six months on all work carried out.
