Is your company insured?

Essential Gardens has full Public Liability Insurance.

Project Process

What is the project process?

During the consultation phase, the proposed site will be assessed, measured and existing elements will be surveyed. Style requirements, design ideas and functionality will be discussed with the homeowner as well as budget parameters. Options and recommendations will be provided as needed. once costings have been determined, a design along with a written quote for for the project will be presented to the client for correction or confirmation. If the proposal is accepted, project start and finish dates will be agreed upon and the work will begin.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

We are available to meet with customers during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Some Saturday appointments can be scheduled on an individual basis.

Cleanup

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

We do. All homeowner gardens are left in a cleared and cleaned condition ready to enjoy and show off.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

Removal costs are included in the project quotation as per agreement.

Aftercare

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

We take pride in providing a reliable after sales service and guarantee all of our work and plants for a minimum of one year. We provide a limited maintenance service but are happy to be consulted on individual maintenance issues.
