What was involved?
It was a fairly extensive decking and landscaping project.

How did you choose Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping and Patios?
I received a flyer in the mail at an opportune moment. I chose Ken to do the work because after discussing what I wanted done and seeing his portfolio, I was convinced Ken was the right person for the job.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ken Eccles?
Yes and no. I had a rough idea of what I wanted done.

Did Ken introduce new ideas?
ken was very good with regards to recommendations and suggestions. He helped me to dot the i's and cross the t's.

How did the project run?
Totally smooth. Ken not only started the project on the day he said he would but finished exactly on schedule as well. There was no hassle at all. Ken worked neatly and everything was packed away at the end of every day. That's important because there's nothing worse than coming home after a long day of work and the place is a tip. In my business I have cause to deal with a lot of tradespeople and I've heard every excuse in the book about why they're not where they should be and why the jobs not done. With Ken I didn't have to worry about any of that.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping and Patios?
The biggest benefit was that everything Ken promised us was done. The quality of Ken's work and his attention to detail was excellent. He was able to complete the job on time and on budget.

Would you recommend Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping, Patios to others?
I would without a doubt. He's an honest, amiable and pleasant man to deal with. The day Ken was due to finish the work, I was going to be away from home. I asked him if he would like me to leave him a partial payment until I could see the finished results, but Ken said that wasn't necessary. We could settle everything once I got back and was happy with the job.
