Romantic Sanctuary Garden
This space was tired and neglected and had run its course as a family garden. The shed dominated one side and the rest was featureless. We were asked to create a garden which would look good all year round and could be viewed both night and day from the living room. We provided a large circular decked living space with a curved deck path gently making its way through lush planting to a hidden seating area. There is plenty of colour all year round. A decked bridge straddles a water feature which gently trickles through rocks to a pool with water lilies and marsh grasses. The entire garden is lit with plant feature lights and the shed is camouflaged by clever design and planting. Completed in 2006 Hint! Click on any thumbnail to see a bigger picture. | |
