About June of 2005.
What was involved?
He built a large patio area with a central water feature which can be lit at night time. And built a low stone wall around the patio.
How did you choose Sean Mulvey?
We've a shop and Sean has been a customer there over the years.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Sean
I did have a good idea about what I wanted.
Did Sean Mulvey introduce new ideas?
He did add some stuff I hadn't thought of. He suggested a curved patio instead of a square one. And he suggested building a double thickness stone wall with flowers on top instead of a standard wall.
What was the project process - day to day?
It took about 2-3 weeks and didn't disrupt anybody.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using Sean Mulvey?
He's very reliable. And he's easy to talk to.
What's your favourite part now?
The patio. We don't always get the weather to sit out on it, but it's nice to look out at.
Would you recommend Sean Mulvey to others?
Yes I would, no problem. He did what he had to do. He did the work very efficiently and properly.
Any tips for other people?
No, I wouldn't do anything different.
