Is your company insured?
Yes, we carry full Public and Employers Liability insurance up to thirteen million Euro.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial telephone inquiry, general information as to the work required will be gathered and an appointment set for an on-site consultation. At the consultation, the proposed site will be assessed and a more detailed discussion of the project will take place. We can work from existing plans or provide our own design consultation. At Citywide we work closely with homeowner ideas while using our experience to make suggestions and provide alternatives the client may not have considered. An itemized and written quote for the project will be presented to the client during the initial consultation.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
We are available to meet with clients during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
We do. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
All work comes with a guarantee. Any problems caused or resulting directly from work carried out will be corrected to the clients satisfaction.
