How long have you been using A1 Action Master?
We've used them regularly over the last few years, starting in about 2005.
What type of work is involved?
I've used A1 Action Master both in my own home and for our business, Pragma Management which is involved in property management and development.
There are many parts to A1 Action Master and they've done a lot of different types of work for us. For example, they've done plumbing work at the office here; they've evaluated boilers for us; currently they are reviewing some old gas boilers and proposing a new system.
A1 Action Master have also done general property management work and project management for us. We have an apartment block called Hazeldene on the Anglesea Road. When we did a redevelopment of the public areas, A1 Action Master looked after paint work, electrical work, roofing work. They also did some heating and electrical work in another plant. At the moment they are project managing a fairly major redevelopment for me.
How did you choose A1 Action Master?
It's quite a few years back but as far as I remember, a colleague recommended them to us.
Had you definite project plans before you speak to A1 Action Master?
Yes, often we would have architects and engineers in first and have different reports that we are working from.
Does A1 Action Master introduce new ideas?
They have certainly has have come up with solutions for some awkward spots. They are very quick to identify how a problem could be solved.
How did the project run?
100%. When they say a thing is going to be done, it will be done.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using A1 Action Master?
Definitely the ability to get an answer on the phone within minutes. Almost on the day you ring, they'll be there, certainly within a couple of days. They will evaluate it very quickly, phone you the minutes they're finished evaluating and let you know what you have to do. If you have to get 2 or 3 quotes, he'll get them in quick. Which means that you're making progress all the time, you don't feel you're left hanging around for weeks.
Would you recommend A1 Action Master to others?
Yes, I would, no question about it. I find them very attentive, very fast and they get on with it.
