HPD first prepare the floor by laying tracks across the floor. These tracks will keep the heating pipes level on the floor.

Next, the heating pipes are laid over the tracks.

In this kitchen, the pipes have been arranged in 3 separate sections so all the pipes will heat evenly.

All three sections of pipe can be seen in this photo.

The feed for each section is pipe are fed into the hotpress where they will be connected to the manifold which controls the underfloor heating.

The pipes are connected to the manifold, which will be fed by the hot water cylinder.
