Meticulous Work

What type of work has been done?
The garden work involved installing a new fence because the old one was ruined when we had the big winds. He also did the landscaping in the garden and built a new deck. In addition to the garden, Bernardo's painted both the exterior and interior of my house and laid a flat roof onto an extension.

How did you choose PCG Services?
Bernardo was recommended to me from a good few people that he had done work for. They told me that he was very good.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Bernardo?
Not really, no.

Did Bernardo introduce new ideas?
He does, especially with regards to the garden. The fencing was replaced, the garden was landscaped and he also built a lovely deck, you should see it! I used to have a deck that I would always slip on during the winter but Bernardo put something onto the new deck that makes it non slip. It was ideas like that which I hadn't even thought of that made a difference.

How do the projects run?
Fantastic. Bernardo tells you what he is going to do and then he does it with no messing about. If he says the job will be done in one day you can count on it, he just keeps going and never stops. Bernardo is very courteous, has a nice personality but he doesn't involve himself in idle chit chat, he just wants to get on with the job. I've seen some painters take three days to do the work that Bernardo does in a day and it's still excellent. He's meticulous in his work and he won't stop until it's just right.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using PCG Services?
The biggest benefit of using Bernardo is that you know you're going to get a good job done. That's why I keep bringing him back.

What's your favourite part now?
The garden.

Would you recommend PCG Services to others?
I already have been!

When you find somebody that does a good job, keep using them.
