Yes, we carry full Public and Employers Liability insurance.

What is the project process?

At the time of the initial query, general information about the roofing work required will be gathered and an appointment set for a consultation meeting. At the consultation, the site will be assessed and a more detailed discussion of the project will take place. Options and recommendations based on our extensive experience will be provided. Once materials and full costings have been determined, a written quote, schedule and contract for the proposed work will be presented to the client for consideration.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

I am available to meet customers during daytime and evening hours.

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

It is, as per agreement.

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

We do. Any problems directly related to work carried out by Allguard Roofing will be corrected to customer satisfaction.
