Yes, we have full public and employers liability insurance.

Project Process

What is the project process?

Following the initial customer contact, we will visit the customer, typically within 1 to 2 days. We'll assess the roof, discuss what needs to be done and followup with a quotation. If customer asks us to proceed with work, we'll arrange a convenient time to complete the job.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

At a time convenient to the customer - evenings or weekends are usually best for most homeowners.

Cleanup

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

Yes, as per agreement with the customer.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

Yes, as per agreement with the customer. We will always leave the site clean and tidy every evening.

Aftercare

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes, we are on-hand for snagging or customer queries after work has been completed.
