Is your company insured?
Yes, we carry both Public and Employers Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone inquiry, general information as to the proposed project will be gathered and an appointment made for an on-site consultation. The site will be assessed and we will discuss what noise problems are to be reduced and minimalized. I will show and demonstrate the products that are used in these situations. On site quotes for the job are generally the norm, though it may be necessary to prepare a written quote off site depending on the job.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients in their home depending upon their availability.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
We do, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed. We take geat pride in our ability to work clean and leave the site spotless when we are finished. The floors will be polished and the windows cleaned as well.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes we do. We stand behind and guarantee our work 100%. Any problems directly related to the work we have carried out will be fixed.
