RTE Sound Proofing Project

In August 2008 Earth Horizon productions contacted Cunas. We were asked to significantly reduce the noise between two properties for the RTE series, "About The House" hosted by architect Duncan Stuart. We were delighted to get this opportunity - here are some photos from the project. Hint! Click on any thumbnail to see a bigger picture. Before work starts, using the latest protective layers we ensure protecting surrounding ares from dust and damage.
Plasterboard is removed to prepare for noise reduction work.
Battens fixed at 600mm centres are infilled with rock wool.	The wall is then faced with two layers of sound check plasterboard.
The walls is repainted and made good.
