Is your company insured?

Yes, we carry both Public and Employers Liability insurance.

Project Process

What is the project process?

During the initial phone inquiry, general information about the job will be gathered and an appointment set up for a free consultation. During the consultation, the site will be assessed and options and recommendations discussed with the client. Photographs and samples of doors and windows are available for study at this time. Off site a quotation will be put together for the project and submitted to the client. Available start dates and schedules for installation would be included.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

8:30-6:00 Mon-Fri.

Cleanup

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

We do. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

It is, as per agreement.

Aftercare

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes, we offer a complete after care support service.
