When was the work done?
The work has been ongoing and will continue. I work for ABAK, which stands for Award Bathrooms and Kitchens.

What type of work is involved?
Karl has done work in our showroom but we also recommend him to our customers when we're finished with a kitchen install and renovation. Karl will then install and set any floor and wall tiles that need to be done.

How did you choose Karl Ronan?
For years we used to use as our recommended tile installer, Karl's father, Fran. When Karl went into business with his father we used them both. Now it's only Karl. Karl is in fact the only tiler that we now recommend and believe me, we've been through a few!

How do the projects run?
I can't speak about any particular customers situation but I can say that there has never been a bad word said about Karl from our customers, they only have good things to say. That wasn't the case with some of the other people we had used in the past.

What is the biggest benefit to you of using Karl Ronan?
I know that when I recommend Karl to one of our customers, the jobs going to get done right. It won't come back to embarrass me or the company.

What's your favourite part about working with Karl?
That I don't have to do anything. I either ring Karl with the customers name and number or they ring him directly.

Would you recommend Karl Ronan to others?
Oh yes, without a doubt. I wouldn't say that Karl is the cheapest but he's definately the best we've ever used. He's brilliant.

Any tips for other people?
A lot of people today are just looking to get the cheapest job done that they can get but that's a mistake. Those people aren't comparing like with like. You don't necessarily have to get the most expensive person, but what I've found though is that for the most part you usually get what you pay for.
